- Agreed.

- Underlining is easy to do; it is simply a matter of telling the AES that
- certain objects in your dialog box are user-defined. Then when the AES
- calls your function to draw the object, you draw the little underline
- and away you go. It will be drawn at the same time as the rest of the
- dialog box. ST-Zip has a lot of redraw problems; using it as the basis
- for a discussion about redraws is not the greatest idea.

-
- I agree. This is not only non-standard, but confusing. Nobody would
- be able to figure this out just by looking at the menu bar. Users
- would have to read the documentation (and not many do that).
-
- >And what do we do about all the German programs?
-
- We should follow the german standard in this case, I think. Most
- current programs (not all, but most) are being developed in Germany.
- By forcing the use of the non-german keypresses for close window
- and cycle window, we are only increasing the gap between our
- programs and german programs. (Not to mention that this is a case
- of a dangerous option being selected by accident; cycle windows is
- harmless but closing a window by accident (even if the program stops
- to ask for confirmation) is really annoying.
